Information for Dealers

Becoming a Dealer

Please complete and submit the Reseller Application.

Ordering

Once your company's information is setup in our systems, you can order by simply phoning us during business hours, faxing or emailing your order to us 24hrs a day.

Payment

Payments can be made by credit card on file (VISA or Mastercard), Paypal, direct bank deposit, COD, and company cheque (based on account approval). We reserve the right to change accepted payment methods based on customers' payment records & history. Any returned cheque will be subject to a $50 charge to the customer. All past due accounts are subject to a 2% service charge per month.

If payment is to be made by credit card, please complete and submit the Credit Card Authorization Memorandum.

Delivery & Shipping

HIDCOR co-operates with FEDEX, UPS, and Purolator for deliveries. Shipping deadlines are at 2:00pm. Please place orders before 1:00pm in order to have the order shipped the same day. All orders placed after 1:00pm will be shipped the following business day. Shipping times are dependant on the courier companies and the service that the customer chooses. We at HIDCOR will assist the customer as best we can with shipments but cannot and will not be responsible for delays or accidents caused by the shipping company.

HIDCOR offers prepaid shipping, but the dollar amounts vary by location. Please contact us for more information.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred from refused shipments or undeliverable shipments due to negligence. An additional $20 handling fee will be charged to the customer in each of these cases. All future orders will be held until all previous freights & handling charges are paid.

All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Warranties

Items will not be accepted without prior autorization (an RA number will be provided when you contact us). Warranties are offered against manufacturing defects not damage due to negligence, accidents, shipping, improper install, etc. All warranty claims must be accompanied with original sales receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping warranty product(s) to us, and if product(s) are covered under warranty, product(s) will be replaced with equivalent product(s). If the product(s) are not covered under warranty, the original product(s) will be returned to the customer or destroyed.

Returns

We do not offer refunds for any merchandise. If for some unforseen reason we agree to take product back from our customer, a credit for the product at current pricing less a 25% restocking fee will be issued to the customer's account. All items returned must be complete and in the original manufacturer's packaging and are subject to inspection. HIDCOR Industries Ltd reserves the right to refuse any or all items that are improperly packaged, incomplete, not purchased directly from HIDCOR Industries Ltd or not in current model year.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot be responsible for typographical errors in print.
